What if I feel uncomfortable with my therapist.It's essential to feel comfortable. If something doesn’t feel right, we can explore adjustments or find a better fit together.

Cancellation PolicyWe understand that life can get busy! Here’s a friendly reminder about our cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice Requested: If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us accommodate everyone. Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we may have to charge a fee, usually around 50% of the session fee. We appreciate your understanding! No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice may result in being charged the full session fee. We want to ensure that everyone gets the support they need. Exceptions: Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen! Illness or family crises are generally excused. Individual Circumstances: We’re here to listen and may consider each situation on a case-by-case basis. Just let us know! Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you!

What is confidentiality?Confidentiality is a crucial aspect of therapy. Your therapist is ethically bound to maintain confidentiality regarding your personal information. There are some exceptions to confidentiality, such as in cases of imminent harm to self or others. I adhere to ethical guidelines that require me to share client materials with my supervisor.

What are the costs involved?I offer short-term therapy for up to six months, which can be extended if needed. My services that include life coaching are available online for £55, and in person in Central London for £75 and Buckinghamshire for £60. Please choose the option that best suits you!

How do I get started?You can begin by booking an initial consultation. This session will allow us to discuss your main concerns and if you can give your self around 6 sessions to see if therapy or I is right for you.

What type of therapy modality do I use?Integrative psychotherapy is an approach that combines different therapeutic methods and psychological theories to address the unique needs of an individual. Instead of adhering to a single school of thought, integrative therapy draws from various frameworks—such as psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, existential, and transpersonal approaches—to create a flexible, holistic treatment plan. The goal is to treat the person as a whole, considering their mind, body, emotions, and even spiritual dimensions, which explore the unconscious, the true self, and spiritual transformation.
